I do exercise. That’s a lie. But, I don’t do it often and the reason being, I suffer from a neurological illness. One hour of exercise is the equivalent of running a marathon to me…. I end up regretting it the next day…

My bones ache all over, I’m exhausted and more so than the average person.

I feel so dead today. I walked four miles yesterday round a golf course, played 18holes and came off with an impressive 26 points. Not too bad for a handicap of 36.

But, boy do I regret it today?! As much fun as it was, and I will make a point of going out again soon. I’m not fit to move today.

It will be an early night tonight for me!
